1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pokedox (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Pokedox is a premium Pokemon marketplace that allows users to browse, purchase, and collect digital Pokemon. Pricing is dynamically calculated based on rarity, evolution stage, and power level. All transactions are processed via UPI payment.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to payment verification. We reserve the right to reject orders if the transaction cannot be verified. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final at the time of checkout. Price tampering attempts will be detected and rejected.
4. Fraud Protection
Duplicate transactions with the same transaction ID are automatically blocked. We employ rate limiting and server-side price verification to protect against fraud. Any attempt to manipulate prices or submit fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension.
5. Order Status
Orders progress through the following statuses: Pending Verification, Approved, Delivered. Rejected orders indicate payment verification failure. You can track your order status using the order tracking page.
6. Intellectual Property
Pokedox is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company. Pokemon names, images, and related assets are property of their respective owners. Our service uses this data for catalog and pricing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
